SLEEP EVALUATION: This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your children’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting.
CONSULTATION: A private, 90 minute consultation where we’ll discuss the assessment, work on your plans on how to move forward and troubleshoot any other possible problems that may be affecting your child and your family.
CREATION: Of a detailed routine appropriate for your child’s age.
GUIDANCE & SUPPORT: Two weeks of unlimited e-mail and phone support. After our home consultation, you will still have access to me through unlimited e-mail and phone support (which I check frequently). I’ll respond to your e-mails within one business day (but often much sooner).
Suitable for parents with baby aged 3 months to 12 months old.
