Supernanny Sleep Baby Sleep Workshop is the ONE & ONLY baby sleep workshop you need to attend to get your child to sleep through the night and take better naps. Zoe Chu, SG Supernanny is passionate about getting babies and families the sleep they deserved. Giving the gift of empowerment and understanding your child’s sleep is the core of creating new healthy sleep habits in your family.

We open seats up to 4 couples only or 8 people for each workshop session so that every family gets individualized attention.

Open to parents or caregivers with babies aged 0-6 years old (Sorry, no children please). Whether you are experiencing sleep challenges for weeks, months or years, we can help.

This workshop provides a comfortable environment where a group of moms or couples can get together and learn how to gently solve their child’s sleep problems.

This workshop is for you if you are:

- Simply too exhausted and sleep deprived
- Wanting to stop putting up with multiple night wakings
- Wanting to stop all the guess work and “maybes” and follow a clear, simple plan to end the frustrations and struggles
- Wanting to take action rather than wait for baby to “grow out of it” (which they never do)
- Wanting to take charge of your own sleep again and be a more rested and happy mom/dad
- Wanting to bond with your child better, rather than getting short fused and being upset easily

You will hear stories from other parents who are facing some of the same challenges as you, learn some gentle strategies you can use to help your child overcome these challenges and have the opportunity to develop a sleep plan that you can start using immediately!

Covered in this workshop:
- Upon registration you will be emailed a sleep assessment form that you will be asked to complete at least 5 days prior to the workshop.
- The importance of sleep – the science and the behavioral “must know”
- Debunking all the common myths associated with baby and sleep
- Common sleep problems and how to fix them – both for nights and naps.
- Possible pitfalls you might encounter and how to successfully deal with them.
- Create a gentle sleep plan for your child while Zoe Chu, SG Supernanny guides you through the process and answers your questions
- You will be given a routine to follow that will be age appropriate for your child as well.
- All workshop attendees will get a two weeks follow up email support. This is a great way to get fast answers to any questions that come up.
